  • Knowledge / experience in HVAC / Air-conditioning & Electrical is a must

  • Perform tasks according to schedule, procedure and standards

  • Monitor the condition of equipment during operation

  • Perform troubleshooting, repair and general maintenance

  • Respond to equipment breakdown immediately and resolve the situation

  • Report maintenance performance in achieving targets as well as maintenance activity

  • Liaise with relevant personnel from related departments for matters affecting maintenance tasks

  • Min. NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 

  • Min. 3 years of working experience in the related field

Sales Executive

Admin Assistant (Maintenance)

  • Responsible for all correspondence and emails, and ensure proper dissemination and follow up for the maintenance contracts

  • Handle and prepare quotations, photos (CCTV, Network Cabling, Security Systems, Electrical Works, etc.) 

  • Maintain documentation and filing system 

  • Perform strong administrative and other ad-hoc tasks assigned such as filing, saving photos, tender etc. 

  • Ensuring contract obligations are acted upon in a timely manner in collaboration with the legal team 

  • Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Compilation and formatting of corporate presentations to internal and external stakeholders 



  • Min. Diploma/Advanced Diploma or equivalent 

  • Prefer to have working experience in the related field (Construction, Tender, CCTV, Network Cabling, Security Systems, etc.) 

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask 

  • Ability to read and converse in Mandarin Chinese

  • Configuration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, installation (CCTV, Door Access systems), NGFW, IPS, IDS, SIEM, Routers, Network/Security analysis tools  

  • Manage and monitor the progress of projects and provide clients' with regular progress status reports

  • Conduct regular site walks and manage schedules to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of projects

Account Executive
